Project B.1 Effective horizontal communication and support of nationwide strategies

Balance between a certain level of autonomy of central state administration authorities on the one hand, and demand for their co-ordinated operation on the other, is a necessary precondition for effective performance of the central state administration as a whole. Definition of rules for horizontal communication among central state administration authorities, and reduction of the inter-departmental administrative work as well as decrease of ´communication overload´ of ministries and Goverment is, therefore, the aim of this project.

Input - Analysis of foreng experiences with the inter-departmental coordination and functioning of the offices of the goverment or prime minister
