Regulatory Reform and Central State Administration Reform

The Government and central state administration have the indispensable role in the proper functioning of the democratic society and market economy.

      • Regulatory Reform

Regulatory reform contributes to a more effective fulfilment of the regulatory role of the state. Its aim is therefore such so as complying with this above-mentioned role of the state contributes to the achievement of political goals, yet does  not pose, at the same time, excessive hurdles to an economic development, neither excessive burden on citizens.

The central state administration represents a system with a decisive role for the way how effectively the executive power of the Government is implemented - central state administration provides for full implementation of legal acts, as well as for proper functioning of the Government as such. The Central State Administration Reform is therefore focused on elimination of those deficiencies which can constrain preparation and implementation of the Government policies or the quality of regulation in the society, it means, which have, as a final consequence, impact on the effectiveness of public expenditures spent as operational costs of the central state administration bodies.
