Official visit of France
On 7th to 9th October, 2007, Prime Minister of the Czech Republic Mirek Topolánek will pay an official visit to the French Republic.
On the first day of his official visit, the Czech Prime Minister will be received in the Elysée Palace by Nicolas Sarkozy, President of the French Republic, and then will hold discussions with French Premier Francois Fillon. He will also meet with President of the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry Pierre Simon, and will address a seminar for representatives of French small and medium enterprises. In the evening of 7th October, he will meet Speaker of the French National Assembly Bernard Accoyerou.
On the second day of his official visit, Mirek Topolánek and his entourage will depart for Toulouse, where they will see the assembly line of the new A 380 Airbus, which is being manufactured for the Czech Republic, and will be informed about the programme of the aircraft production. At the City Hall of Toulouse, the Czech Prime Minister will be received by Mayor Jean-Luc Moudenc, who will present him with the gift of a commemorative medal.
The Prime Minister will return to Prague in the late evening of 9th October.
