Meeting of the Government of the Czech Republic with the European Commission
Today 7 January at 12:30 the Government of the Czech Republic meets the European Commission in the Kampa Museum - Sovovy mlýny.
Participants will discuss the priorities of the Czech Presidency and the EU programme for the coming six months. The Presidency work programme was presented by Prime Minister Mirek Topolánek in Prague yesterday, 6 January. The meeting will also address the current situation in the Middle East and the issue of gas supplies to the EU Member States.
The meeting of the Czech Government with the EU Commissioners is the first major event taking place during the Presidency in the Czech Republic.
