Czech Government Meeting

The Government will discuss, among other topics, the following documents: Bill No. 406/2000 Coll., on energy conservation, implementing the Directive 2005/32/EC outlining framework for the formulation of requirements for the ecodesign of energy appliances, Bill changing Act No. 452/2001 Coll., on the protection of the designation of origin and geographical designations, and on a change to the Consumer Protection Act, as amended by later regulations, a National Plan for the management of the protection of the Czech Republic’s frontiers, Financial settlement of the instruments of the Phare/Transition Facility with the European Commission in 2006, and a Standpoint of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Physical Training to the finding of the Supreme Audit Office from the audit engagement 06/21 - Final Account of the Chapter of the Government Budget - the Ministry of Education, Youth and Physical Training.
The Government will also be briefed, among other topics, on an employee training program pursuant to the “Rules on the Training of Employees in Administrative Authorities“ and compliance with those rules for the calendar year 2006, and Financial settlement of the instruments of the Phare/Transition Facility with the European Commission in 2006.
