4 September 2015: Extraordinary Summit of the Prime Ministers of Visegrad Group Countries to Resolve the Migration Crisis
The prime ministers of the Visegrad Group countries will meet at the Straka Academy, the seat of the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic, for an extraordinary summit on Friday 4 September 2015. Premier Bohuslav Sobotka and his counterparts from Poland, Slovakia, and Hungary, Ewa Kopacz, Robert Fico, and Viktor Orbán, respectively, will discuss a joint course of action of V4 countries in dealing with the current migration crisis in Europe.
The extraordinary summit has been convened by Sobotka, the highest representative of the Czech Republic, which currently holds the presidency of the Visegrad Group.
